Mental Resilience Coaching

This 8-week Mental Resilience Coaching program will help you build a mental and emotional structure that can weather a storm. This program will cover the critical steps of resilience training: you will gain a basic understanding of the critical issues of resilience, regulation & mastery of emotions, assertive skills training, self-awareness skills training, self-care routine planning, mindfulness training and other mental health assessments. Then, I will guide you through step-by-step exercises to build and maintain a resilient mind.

Meet Our Founder

Dr. Adeola Adeyemi is a Psychiatrist, a Psychotherapist experienced in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Training, as well as a Mental Fitness Coach.
She is driven by a vision to help build a society where mental health is normalized, and emotional wellbeing is prioritized. This passion led her to found, ‘Talk Mental Health,’ in 2018, an organization that aims to help individuals, live healthier and more fulfilling lives through innovative mental health interventions.
With over two decades of experience in the medical field and over a decade in the mental health specialty, she helps her clients achieve holistic well-being, enabling them to become better individuals and live happier, healthier, and more productive lives through her transformational coaching services.
