In my years of practice as a Psychiatrist and mental fitness coach, I have the recurring need for people for self-awareness. According to research conducted by an organizational psychologist to prove that self-awareness was an essential skill, data reveals that 95 percent of people believe they are self-aware, but the real number is 12 to 15 percent.
You gain more power and control when you are able to fully acknowledge, describe and accept your individuality, feeling, and uniqueness without attaching any form of judgment to them.
Do you want to live a happier, more fulfilling life? It starts with being aware of who you are (not your profession or the role you occupy or what people call you.
Being fully knowledgeable about your core strengths and weaknesses, your values, personality, interests, triggers, etc. equips you with the power to make the right choices.
It’s time to gain that power !!!
