In my years of practice as a psychiatrist and mental fitness coach, I have observed a recurring need for people to develop self-awareness.
The data from research conducted by an organizational psychologist to prove that self-awareness is an essential skill reveals that while 95 percent of people believe they are self-aware, the actual number is only 12 to 15 percent.”
You gain more power and control when you are able to fully acknowledge, describe, and accept your individuality, feelings, and uniqueness without attaching any form of judgment to them.
Do you want to live a happier, more fulfilling life? It starts with being aware of who you are, not just your profession, the role you occupy, or what people call you.
Being fully aware of your core strengths and weaknesses, your values, personality, interests, triggers, etc., equips you with the power to make the right choices.
It’s time to gain that power !!!
